Messing With Your Benefits

Employer often offer employees numerous benefits, such as retirement accounts, health insurance, dental insurance, pensions, and many other benefits. Most of these benefit packages are covered by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (commonly referred to as "EIRSA").

It is against the law for employer to discriminate against employee with the intent to deprive the employee of their benefits. Additionally, these laws prohibit employers from retaliating against employees that report or complaint about discrimination in the workplace. Contact our Texas employment lawyers if you have been discriminated against and denied your benefits.
