Being a successful lawyer at our Firm means you are passionate about representing workers in adversarial litigation. At the same time, an advocate must have the people skills to bond with clients who may have limited experience in legal or business affairs.
We primarily hire top school/top grades, however we are open to attorneys who have distinguished themselves through experience, accomplishments, or industry recognition.
Compensation begins at $100,000 annually plus bonuses. Board Certified and experienced attorneys should expect pay competitive with other employment litigation boutique firms.
