Adam S. Greenfield
Adam S. Greenfield is a trial attorney and counselor at law with the Dallas office of Rob Wiley, P.C. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Mr. Greenfield practiced employment law with a firm as well as established his own practice.
An up and coming star in the labor and employment world; Adam was selected by Texas Super Lawyers Magazine as a 2014 Texas Rising Star. This honor is bestowed on the top 2.5% of Attorneys under the age of 40.
Mr. Greenfield has successfully represented clients at all stages of litigation and through appeals to the Texas and U.S. Supreme Courts. Mr. Greenfield’s experience covers the full gamut of employment law matters; including claims against employers falling under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), American's with Disabilities Act (ADA), and many others. Further, Adam represents workers in more traditional employment matters such as breach of contract, negotiation of severance agreements, and non-compete issues.
Mr. Greenfield graduated from the University of Miami School of law in 2010 as a Dean’s Merit Scholar with “Trial Honors” from the University’s Litigation Program. Mr. Greenfield earned his undergraduate degree form The University of Texas – Austin, receiving University Academic Honors every semester.
Born and raised in Dallas, Mr. Greenfield is an alumnus of Woodrow Wilson High School where he donates his free time to co-coaching the school’s Mock Trial Team.
Mr. Greenfield is licensed to practice law in Texas and admitted to practice in Texas state courts as well as Federal courts in the Northern and Eastern District Courts of Texas.
