Welcome to the website of the Law Office of Rob Wiley, P.C., Dallas employment lawyers and San Antonio employment lawyers. If you are interested in representation, please complete a case submission form. This will begin my process of evaluating your matter.
Being a plaintiffs’ employment lawyer is the best job in the world. Backed by an outstanding support staff, I am privileged to represent hardworking clients who have suffered workplace injustice. I spend my time fighting employers who discriminate against employees, who fail to pay employees the money they are owed, and who flaunt the law like criminals. Nothing is as satisfying as bringing these corrupt employers to justice.
I founded the Law Office of Rob Wiley, P.C. in early 2000 in Dallas, Texas. Since then, I have filed hundreds of discrimination charges with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), litigated over 25 class action claims for unpaid wages, and won landmark rulings from district and appellate courts protecting workers’ rights. In the legal business, results count. I am proud of the victories I have won for my clients.
I have been recognized by Dallas employment lawyers for my committment to employee rights. For 2010, I am the president of the Dallas-Fort Worth Employment Lawyers Association. I frequently speak at continuing education seminars, training other lawyers on employment law issues.I am a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Tulane Law School, where I graduated with Honors. I am certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a Board Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law.
I maintain offices in Dallas and San Antonio, staffed by Dallas employment lawyers and San Antonio employment lawyers. However, I consider cases on a nationwide basis.
If you are a potential client of the firm, I invite you to submit your case for evaluation. On behalf of myself and the employees of the Law Office of Rob Wiley, P.C., I thank you for visiting my site.
